Medugorje is a BIG word!

How do you say it and what does it mean?

It is pronounced like this:

Me (like in measure) du (like in just) gor (like in gorgeous) je (like in yummy)

Me - du - gor - je

Medugorje means "between the hills".

There are two hills on either side of the village of Medugorje,

the Apparition Hill and Cross Mountain.
